Vintage Fabulosity (eShakti Review)

I had the honor of collaborating with eShakti.com.  It is an online women’s fashion apparel company offering sizes from 0-36W. But what distinguishes this company and makes is super amazing is the fact that all orders are customized.

Here is how it works. You either have the option of ordering the garment as it is shown in the picture or completely customize it for an addition $7.50.

Standard size:

This option allows you to purchase your average size from 0 to 36W (the numbers are also broken down by letters) 0 being an x-small and 36 a 6x. It is amazing that this company offers such variety in sizes since most company’s usually don’t have anything higher than a XL. The slogan says it all “We design, You Customize.” For free you also have the option of adding or removing pockets and embellishments. (You must also provide your height measurement.)

Customized size:

The customized orders require precise measurements of your; shoulders, chest, bust, under bust, waist, hip, upper arm, length of arm and your height.  You also have the option of choosing the length of your skirt or dress; mini, above the knee, knee-length, under the knee, or mid-calf leg.  As in the standard option you can add or remove pockets and embellishments.  Depending on the style of the dress or top you can change the sleeve length and neckline.

I was so excited when eShakti reached out to me. It was almost heaven-sent since a few weeks earlier I had searched for a fun vintage/modern dress. Looking through the site I fell in love with so many dresses it was so hard to pick just one.

When I finally made up my mind I sent in my measurements and in about 7 to 9 days I hand my dress in hand. It fits perfect. I couldn’t be happier, it was actually even nicer than I expected.  The fabric is nice and thick but not heavy. I cannot express how satisfied I am with my dress. The best way I can explain it is by telling you to experience it for yourself.
